Pantri uses personal information so it can authenticate users, save and organise recipes, manage Friends & Family sharing, coordinate household planning, operate subscriptions, deliver notifications, and support AI features the user actively requests.
Most core product processing exists so Pantri can provide the account, recipe storage, sharing, planning, and subscription features you asked for.
Pantri also processes some information to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, investigate failures, improve reliability, and maintain a coherent product experience.
Consent is the basis for optional cookie categories and any future optional analytics or marketing technologies that are not strictly necessary.
Some billing or compliance records may need to be retained where law or financial record-keeping rules require it.

Because these services may process data outside your home jurisdiction, Pantri should ensure appropriate contractual or regulatory safeguards are in place before full public launch.
When you use Pantri Assistant, ingredient photo analysis, or AI-powered recipe import, Pantri sends the minimum useful prompt and recipe context needed to generate the requested result. Pantri should not present AI output as guaranteed fact, and users remain in control over whether they save or act on AI-generated suggestions.

Pantri currently relies on essential cookies and browser storage to keep sign-in, security, household invites, and core recipe flows working. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are off unless you choose them.
